Before you sip your Bourbon, be sure to stop by one of many Louisville’s award-winning restaurants. Louisville’s culinary scene is deeply infused with the spirit of bourbon, where chefs creatively incorporate the iconic whiskey into everything from savory dishes to decadent desserts such as the infamous Kern’s Kitchen Kentucky Derby Pie. Bourbon-glazed pork chops, whiskey-infused barbecue, and rich bourbon bread pudding are just a few staples found on menus across the city. Whether you're a foodie or a Bourbon lover—or both—Louisville serves up a dining experience that's as spirited as it is satisfying.
