Bourbon Classic Announces Fall Event at New Location

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (March 8, 2021) – Bourbon Classic has launched a re-designed website at BourbonClassic.com ahead of its 2021 event. The new website, designed by FSA Management Group, was created for ease of navigation and an exciting user experience. The ticketing page is streamlined for a quick and easy buying experience, while the talent gallery proudly features the chefs and bartenders who have participated in Bourbon Classic events. Additional aspects of the re-designed website will launch later this year.

After a successful 2020 event, Bourbon Classic will be back for its ninth annual celebration of the best of the best in Bourbon, culinary and cocktails November 3 – 6, 2021. Bourbon Classic Friday and Saturday events will take place at a new venue —Louisville Slugger Field in Louisville, Kentucky.

Signature Bourbon Classic events returning for 2021 include the Cocktail and Culinary Challenge (Friday, November 5), showcasing classic and contemporary Bourbon cocktails paired with a chef’s Bourbon-themed culinary complement; TASTE, (Saturday, November 6) which will provide ample opportunities for the public to sample top Bourbon brands and food pairings from featured restaurants; and Savor (Wednesday, November 3), details of which are to be announced. Top Shelf (Thursday, November 4), featuring a four-flight tasting of the fine quality of Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon, will return to 21c. Top Shelf tickets went on sale last week and sold out in less than 48 hours.

Highlights of the 2020 Bourbon Classic included tastings of over 80 Bourbons, 24+ unique Bourbon cocktails and perfectly paired small plates, and dishes prepared by Chef Demaris Phillips, Chef Samantha Fore, Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites, Lexington, Ky.; Chef Andrew McCabe, bar Vetti; Chef Jonathan Searle, Proof on Main; Chef Levon Wallace, Silver Dollar and many others.

Bourbon Classic was co-founded by Tony Butler of FSA Management Group, an event planning company based in Louisville, and Justin Thompson and Seth Thompson, of The Bourbon Review.
