A Welcome Cocktail: Elijah Craig Old Fashioned

•    Smoked Pork Belly Crostini, apple butter, pickled chippolini onion, chives
• 1st Course: Evan Williams BIB Baby
•    Iceberg Wedge Salad, blue cheese, cucumbers, fried onions, minced herbs and ranch dressing
• Appetizer Course: 100 Proof Rittenhouse Rye
