Derby Museum Welcomes Rabbit Hole Distillery

Now in its 10th year, the Legends Series with Bourbon Masters celebrates Kentucky's most celebrated Bourbons. Each night in the series is hosted by Wall Street Journal Best-Selling Author, Fred Minnick. Minnick, the Museum’s own Bourbon Authority, is a Bourbon Curator and Tasting Expert. 

On the final night in the Series, Rabbit Hole Distillery – a status quo-breaking company – will bring innovation, unique mash bills, and a fresh look at Bourbon to the table on March 29th. The Rabbit Hole Tasting offers guests three Bourbon exclusives. Plus a Bourbon innovator – Founder and Owner Kaveh Zamanian – will lead you through his hand-picked selections.

The tasting will include:

• Cavehill Single Barrel Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Nose: Smoked almond, crème brulee, cocoa, custard, and vanilla. Palate: Toast, tobacco, and baking spices. Finish: Tobacco, honey, and lingering finish.
• Cavehill Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Four Grain Triple Malt – Nose: Spice, honey, and fresh apples. Palate: Orange, honey, mint, and toasted grain. Finish: Vanilla and custard.
• Raceking Founder’s Collection Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Cask Strength – Nose: Cocoa and brown sugar. Palate: Cinnamon, black cherry, hazel, and tobacco. Finish: Wood, leather, and chocolate.

Free parking is available in Churchill Downs Racetrack's "Red Lot", next to the Museum.
