Our Bourbon Dinner Series is here! Starting at 7pm on Wednesday September 22nd, with Whiskey Professor, Bernie Lubbers, this is an event you won't want to miss!
The 5 course meal includes:
A Welcome Cocktail: Elijah Craig Old Fashioned
- Amuse Bouche: Mellow corn
- Smoked Pork Belly Crostini, apple butter, pickled chippolini onion, chives
- 1st Course: Evan Williams BIB Baby
- Iceberg Wedge Salad, blue cheese, cucumbers, fried onions, minced herbs and ranch dressing
- Appetizer Course: 100 Proof Rittenhouse Rye
- Potato Gnocchi, brown butter, sweet corn, and shaved summer truffles

- Coffee Chili Rubbed Pork Tomahawk Chop, sauteed mushrooms and shallot puree
