Getting to Know Grits: A Night with Erin Byers Murray

Join the Kentucky chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier (LDEIKY) for “Getting to Know Grits: A Night with Erin Byers Murray” on Thursday, March 21, at Lilly’s Bistro in the Highlands.

Attendees will enjoy a cocktail party featuring grit-focused dishes; meet Erin Byers Murray, author of “Grits: A Cultural & Culinary Journal Through the South”; hear her talk about her book and be able to purchase personalized books. All proceeds benefit LDEIKY’s scholarship fund supporting culinary students. The event is 5:30-7 p.m. and restricted to those 21 years of age and older. Tickets are $50 and include the tasting menu and one glass of wine.
